Article 3 (User ID assignment and management)

(7) The company shall not be liable for the use of the services provided free of charge unless there are special regulations in the relevant laws.
Article 3 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
(1) The interpretation of this Agreement and the dispute between the company and the user shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
(2) If a dispute arises between the company and the user regarding the use of these Terms and Conditions and the use of the Service, a court of competent jurisdiction will be established in accordance to the Civil Procedure Act.
This Agreement will be effective from September 21, 2017
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
A. The company shall not collect any sensitive information (racial, ideological, creed, political or criminal records, medical information, etc.) that may infringe on the rights of the users, and in case of inevitable collection, ask for the user’s consent.
B. The company collects users' personal information as follows.

Confirmation of member sign - up intention, Identification for membership service use, Member qualification maintainance/setting, Prevent wrong use of service, Various notification/announcement, Adjustment of grievance, Preservaiton records for grievance of mediation
2. Retention and use period of personal information collected by the company
The company, in principle, will destroy the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the following reasons.
